Spring 2010 Delivery

Just yesterday on their blog, Crooks & Castles showcased the items that did not make an appearance in their new lookbook. Said to be available at your nearest Crooks's retalilers, as of now! Not really feeling the shorts though. No par intended.

Palladium Re-Lauch Party

Just yesterday me and the usual culprits Simsizzle and Nate (once again) were out and about in London Town. Luckily we were part of the lucky folk to get invited to the Old Blue Last for Palladium's Re-Launch Party. Free booze (again) and the likes of the JME, Frisco, Jammer and Tempa T, I think you can guess what went down. Good times and no violence. No really a lot of lager on the floor, a lot of wheel's up from Logan Sama. Here are some flicks of the madness. Look out for the foot cast and Obama T-shirt sported by Prez T.

An Evening With Curtis

Fif @ Wembley Arena from hnw_kwarmz on Vimeo.

50 Cent came down to London Town over the weekend to perform at the Wembley Arena. Me and the boy wonder Dantz were present because of our home girl, Yung Steph aka Ms Beezy. Thanks a million girl.

Fifty had Yayo and Banks in tow, the familiar three pronged attack or triangle offence, to provide the hype. The concert was a lot of stuff, 50 has a lot of bangers all this new Drake x Curren$y stuff made me forget, I bumped nothing but G-Unit through my last years of school. Good times all around

A Quiet Night -Shank @ Mash

On Monday night, I attended the 'Shank' movie release party with my guys Nate (Itstheleak) and Simsizzle (H-D). A lot of dubstep, serious DJs, few PA's here and there, from the likes of Gracios K, Badness and Bruza. Free booze on top of all this, made it a decent night. I mean I don't even usually drink, but Magners Cider is not too bad. Here are some pics from festivities.

2010 Wireless Festival

Its about to be that time again people, beach shorts, flip flops and many parties in the park. Actually festivals, but you should catch my Tokyo (drift). I feel the word 'festival' is being bandied around a bit too much, but the Wireless Festival is back for more.

Me and my sis went last year, and to be honest it was a nice day out. Cudder, Jeezy, Chipmunk, Mr Hudson and the Louis Vuitton Don were all on the bill last year. This year Pink, Jay-Z, The Tings Tings and Lily Allen are some of the household names pencilled in to perform. I am making it a concious effort, to see Mr Carter live and in the flesh. The festival will take place from the 2nd-4th July.

 'Ye last year.

Head here for more and info. Hopefully there will be no bottle throwing, or £7 burger meals at makeshift stalls. Just ask Elizabeth.

Creating Everything, Except The Detox

Dr Dre is making everything these days, his most renowned creation to some people maybe Beats By Dre headphones (you've probably seen them in a lot of music videos, the sound quality is a lot of stuff).

To others it may have been his albums The Chronic, or The Chronic 2001.

Now back to the matter at hand my man has now hooked up with HP to produce a laptop called "HP Beats Audio".

Check the advert

Unfortunately the laptop is only available is America, however I assume it will be avaliable
for purchase some time soon.

I just hope that his very long awaited album "The Detox" drops soon as I have been waiting for a little while.

Peace

Tryna Catch 'Em All

I remember the whole word being taken over by this cute pocket monster and his master, Ash. I myself, despite being a fan-boy of Pokèmon, I detested Pikachu. Like really. He hadn't even evolved yet, wasn't that powerful and everybody loved him just because he was cute. Now I believe I could stand to be in the same room or Pokèball as him. I also remember the never-ending Pokèmon GameBoy Games, Red, Blue, Silver, Gold, I believe Golden-Brown is still in mass production.

Nintendo and Vice are to hold a Pokèmon Exhibition on the 24th March, in celebration of their newest releases onto the DS, HeartGold and SoulSilver. The release party will take place at Blackall Studios in Shoreditch. There are prizes up for grabs, such as both HeartGold and SoulSilver games,a DS and tickets to the exhibition itself. Hopefully I can be present, so we can chop it up about Team Rocket and their pursuit of happiness.

3's and 4's

I have been in love with the Jordan Brand for the longest while, even the numbering gets to me. I have never purchased a pair, but I really want some classic trainers right about now. Here are my favourites from the Jordan footwear range, the highly coveted 3's and 4's.

The 3's above and below.

The 4's now in blanc and noir once again. Just below.

At like £90 a pop, and me wanting both (one from each series), I might have to do some overtime at work. Either that or for me to go to the cashpoint and 'ball like a dog'. Quote courtesy of the lyrical god himself, Birdman.

Stalley @ Mishka.

A video of Ohio rapper, Stalley looking for some threads. I really like the personal, behind the scenes view, Creative Control offers. More on Creative Control (some real dope directors) and Stalley to come soon.

Take a look.

Dr Martens

Dr Martens.... The first thought that used to come to mind, were of some dead boots that looked like bricks/tanks/weights or any other object associated with being hefty and chunky! In recent times they've become more common and I must say my view has changed from it being a weapon of mass destruction, to something when dropped correctly, completes an outfit.

In recent times Dr Marten has produced a shoe for Royal Mail.

The shoe looks solid, I just hope they are comfy and do not prevent our mail from being delivered as they strike as much as it is.

The Week Ahead

Lil Wayne - Going To Jail.

After postponing his intial sentencing, because of dental problems. The rapper will start his eight months-to one year bid on Tuesday. He just shot 7 videos, the other day.

Twitter Madness - Petering out.

There has been a lot of hoopla over the last few days with some UK artists on Twitter. Here are some of the more memorable/greazy tweets. Wiley,  Jammer and Lethal.

Scratching my head at the XXL 10 Freshmen list for '10.
Some names, like OJ da Juiceman on this year's list and on the same list as J.Cole?

Wondering how its March already.

Like seriously. 1st quarter is almost done. Wow.

Trying to buy some kind of Marc by Marc Jacob Lacoste accesory. Either that or a trainer.

No that one. Allow me
