When Will We Learn

The track comes from the homie Manny, who displays all sorts of versatility on this one. This chilled number was written, sung and produced by the South Londoner, who also plays guitar and bass. The distorted sound of the song works well with thought provoking lyrics. 'When Will We Learn' is the first solo offering by the 22 year old, consider yourselves all schooled.

Check out his SoundCloud and Twitter page for more material, I know I will be.

Blog out.

Butterflies

Talented lyricist by the name of Kieron Boothe showcasing his skills ahead of the release of his upcoming project, "Still Life". You may have to listen more than once to clock all the punchlines though. 17 year old MC from East London, Kieron may be one to watch in 2012 and beyond.

I Don't Know

Nice, simple and stripped down performance with a strong hook by Joel Baker and well-crafted verses by Barney. The rapper is only 20 years old and hails from Forest Gate. This is the first release from the forthcoming EP #TheAcousticSessions. The project should be with us in the New Year, I for one will be giving that a listen.

Another vlog from the Maybach Music Empire, showing footage of recent shows Wale put on, in anticipation of his upcoming album, Ambition. If Warner drop the Bad Girls Club video soon, the November 1st release should be concrete. Eagerly anticipating this LP. Like EAGERLY.

Gassed

Just come across whilst browsing my timeline and I'm fully buzzing, littered with highly flammable punchlines and a lot of boastful claims Dirty Danger presents us with "Gassed".  I believe it will appear on Dirty Dangers debut release "I Aint Rich Yet" and the song  features fellow Ruff Sqwad/Flee Gang members Tinchy Stryder and Slix.

6'7"

This track, the first single off "Tha Carter IV" has been out for a few days now, I overlooked it at first but after listening I can assure you it is a banger. Its produced by Bangladesh who made "A Milli" and it's clear the chemistry is there, as the beat is crazy and Wayne goes in as does Cory Gunz.

Real Estate

This song dropped yesterday, didn't play it until this morning and now I cannot stop playing it. No idea about the placement of this song but it (to me anyway) is something special. Wiz Khalifa is really doing a lot on hooks these days, not to say I wasn't listening a while ago. The beat is retarded as well. And yes, another Taylor Gang/JETS related post. Sue me. Listen below.

Well Done

Young Money's Tyga is back with the release of his latest mixtape, 'Well Done'. Tyga has been doing his thing lately, spazzing over famous beats, touring all over the place, he is due to come back to Europe in January, and scoring a #14 position on the Billboard Hot 100 off a mixtape record, 'Deuces'.

This mixtape mostly consists of freestyles on popular beats, but one of the highlights for me, is the track below, with his new best friend Chris Brown, on 'Wonder Woman'. Chris killed the hook and then some. Talented rapper, witty lines and a real nice flow, check out the tape some time.

Prince Of The Stereo vol.1

Prince Of Stereo is the latest release from Flashy Shalo, a local from North London. Prior to this release Shalo had taken a hiatus from the scene and had kept people waiting for a while including myself. He has now returned with a new look, more hunger and most certainly he has come back with a  bang. Features are kept to a minimum with the only guests being Bigz, Professor Green and Ayo.

This track is called Bohemian Rhapsody it is one of the many bangers on the mixtape.

You'd be silly to sleep on him, to download the mixtape go to http://www.flashyshalo.com/ or follow him on twitter @FlashyShalo

I'm Better Than You

I have been waiting to hear this tape for a very long time. Stumbled upon his catalogue over the summer, I have been going crazy over his witty punchlines littered all over his freestyles. Listening to the mixtape, whilst I am typing this, the first 10 tracks are something else. To give you a taste of what is on offer, listen to Mickey flowing over Drizzy Drake's 'Light Up'.

Almost Wrote You A Love Song (Remix)

'Honeychild' put me on to this one, well the original anyway, respectfully I have waited till she puts the song up. The remix or alternate version, is taken from Big Sean's third mixtape, Finally Famous 3: BIG, which has just recently dropped, I will be posting the DL link for the mixtape in the near future. Big Sean is signed to Kanye West's label imprint G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam and is scheduled to drop his debut album, Finally Famous, at the end of the year.

Suai's concept and lyrics are actually beautiful, like seriously. Sean does flow nicely and producer Key Wane provides some tweaks in the form of more 808 drums. Serious tune, all of you folk have to get involved.

Dirty Money Ft. Drake - Loving You No More

New release from Dirty Money featuring Drake, my partner showed me about this song yesterday but I bypassed it. Don't make the same mistake I did, I've just listened to the track and now the hook and is stuck in my head. There's more singing/harmonizing from Diddy and Drake laced it with another good verse.

Diddy's Dirty Money - "Loving You No More" Feat. Drake by Some Kind of Awesome

I'm wondering if Diddy's album "Last Train To Paris" will ever drop cause I've been waiting for a minute and he's dropped couple singles such as "Angels" and "Hello, Good Morning" I guess we'll have to wait and see.
